Ok, This is what everyone wanted (I think).
Well firsts servitors, are technically parts of the psyche of the person that work independently (For those familiar with Jungs theory of "complexes" this will sound familiar). They ALWAYS have a porpouse and the great majority don´t have more consiousness than one of a robot. They do what they do with the path of least resistance, just like sigils but you can "pass on" a little indulgence in the lust of result. If your lust of result is high, or if you require a series of complex events, servitors are a great tools. Most of them works in to build a defense from magical attacks and bring information about future events or whatever is required for the magician. Others are more like "bring this" or "bring that" but remember path of least resistance (if you say money someone you care could die, if you say I want a to be on gerency the gerent could die)
Most of them require energy to sustent themselves, and well is better to "kill them" (reabsorb them) after the job is done because they tend to become a little like espiritual parasites. Also if they not have a place in the world after it finishes, nobody wants a robot without a mission that have huge power and drains energy going berserk. True?
Well the steps:
First stage: Is it REALLY NECESSARY?
Look if there is a way to get that thing you want by other means. Maybe with a sigil all will be alright. Maybe you just have to see other opportunity. Only AFTER the meditation you can decide if create the servtor or not.
Second stage: Programming
Well you have to decide the name, the sigil (read about them in the other guide), the task and some lesser instructions about alimentation(where they obtain the energy) and/or behaviour (what is permited what is prohibited). The more details the better in the case of security, but in the task... Well is better to make him do what he wants, the less the better (HE knows better, believe me). All of the obove is the equivalent of the biology and instincts of a servitor. Here goes personality if you want a "conversation", but for a servitor is better this way. Also in the programming is where we decide how much he will live.
Third stage: Check it.
Is preferible not doing it with the first draft, meditate about it. Think about possible scenarios, make rules that make you "get big" at the large and with less cost
Four stage: It´s ALIVE MWHAHAHAHA!!!
Well all you need is a ritual to free him to the worldTO BRING CHAOS AND DESTRUCTION to make his job. The ritual may involve blood or semen, some want to attach it to a physical object, usally a "house" or an sculpture of the creature. The difference is that in this case, you not burn the sigil, you keep it. Also this is it birth so for the few day maybe it can´t do a thing. But you know is real, is alive, and when you see its working you will know is there.
Five stage: Wait
Wait until it began to work. If you programmed it you can talk with it "telepathically" to follow our orders (also if you gave it a little more free thinking, you need to programm loyalty). The chat thing is not necessary just wait...
Six stage: Destruction
If you not programmed a death, then you need to make it happen. Remember is part of you, so you could need it back. Having alot of those things absorbs too much "mental energy"(independent of the energy they feed on) so is better not to have more than two or three permanent (four maximum). Others prefer to release them in nature, it´s ok if it have gained sufficient independence on his own, you only have to sever the link with it, but remember that you need that part of you first and also had to have programmed a function on what to do when free. In the case of only want to kill it, then destroy the physcal link and visualize that the enegy of the creature is reabsobed (like a drop of water into the ocean).
Thats all. For more information:

Oh, I almost forgot about the tulpa thing.
Well is almost the same of above the only difference is the purpouse and the programming and that you need a little visualization and energy manipulation.
Well about the mission of the tulpa is generally just prove that you can. Others for companion or only if si true. Some are protectors or guardian.
First difference: Mind
To be a Tulpa (in my opinion) it must have a consciousness of a dog or other animal to human (if have one of a plant or mushcroom, well it can be a harvester or infester servitor, not a tulpa). Yes I said human consiuosness, they can develop that (or at least something that looks like that). How you progam this? The same way you create an Role Playing Character or a Character of Fiction Literature. You only have to imagine it haves and they develope it with time (if you make a tulpa with a personality it will act upon it, but with free will). Be careful, if unstable or abused they can rebel.
Second difference: Body
Remember the Servitor is in your mind (uncosious at least) well this not. You have to build a body out of your energy (or other energy by the way) and also program its characteristics (not only of how it looks like, its capacities as well. Is made of pure energy and is extern to you, its mind must be in his body not in your mind. Is completly independent from you but needs you for nurture for the first days. You also may think about "consistency" of the bodies (so they don´t blow up or came down to pieces) and the feeding (it can be whatever energy you want, I recomend the energy of the sun, or moon, the zodiak or The White Light, dark energy tend to make them decay or turn if not evil, at least a little trickster or egotistical).
Third difference: Independence
They tend to develope intelligence (even if not programmed with it, because if it can mantain a conversation, do tasks and have personality of course it have to develope intelligence) so the better is to treat them with respect. Other thing is, like I said they are not part of you anymore. They are "free" unless you link them to something. So if they go or come they will do. thats the reason much program its tulpas on what they call "Spiritual pets" with the mind similar of the cats or dogs. So they can predict future behaviour, but at the same time be free.
For the body, well you star with a psiball. When finished transform it with visualization of the shape. Then Start the Programming of characteristics (physichal not psychical). Feed it with energy all wht it takes until it stabilizes. Give more energy to the "Shallow shell". Then when ready transfer the mind or the protomind (if you want to see how it developes with the less programming possible).
Thats all, now DO it yourself. If you want, of course.
